Standard Specification for Titanium Bars

Titanium bar has good physical and chemical properties, low density, light weight du, nonmagnetic, high intensity, good corrosion resistance, it has good mechanical property performance. The standard specification for titanium bars are as follows.

 

Titanium bars are available in CP Grades and common alloys including TI6AL-4V (Grade 5). Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) is the most widely used of all alpha-beta titanium alloys. The alloy was originally developed for the aerospace market and is widely used in aerospace structural components. At present, this alloy has been widely used in the hardware and fastener market, where the combination of high strength, corrosion resistance and low weight is essential.
